What are the benefits of joining the Waiting List?
Joining the Waiting List
At Timber Ridge Mastiffs, we have a waiting list for families interested in adding a Timber Ridge Mastiff puppy to their home.
We don’t always have puppies available immediately, and even when if do, we may not have the exact gender or color you’re looking for. Because of this, and due to high demand, joining our waitlist is the required first step to getting a Timber Ridge Mastiff puppy. We have families joining regularly, and adding your name to the list ensures you’ll be in line for a Mastiff puppy that matches your preferences from an upcoming litter.
We require a completed Waitlist Application along with a $100 deposit to join our waitlist. This deposit will hold your place in line until we are able to offer you exactly the type of English Mastiff puppy you are looking for. Puppy reservations will then be offered to families in the order of the waiting list.
Due to the nature of breeding, there is NO guarantee that we will be able to offer you the type of Mastiff puppy you are looking for within a given period of time, even though this is of course our goal. You can keep your spot on the waiting list for as long as you would like, until we have the perfect Mastiff puppy for you.

Once the pups arrive
Once a litter is born, there will be an approximate two-week period to ensure the health and stability of our delicate newborns before we notify families on our waitlist. Once the puppies are stable and we have confirmed the available colors and genders, we will begin contacting waitlisted families with details about the litter—such as the parents, puppy colors and genders.. You will only be notified of a litter if it includes the specific color and gender you selected on your application.
The top of the list will be contacted first and given the option to place their puppy reservation for the available litter or pass and remain on the waitlist for a future litter that better fits their timing.
For example, if we have a litter of fawn Mastiffs with three available puppies, only the top three families on the waitlist who are specifically waiting for fawn will be notified. If you are not waiting for a fawn, you will not be contacted about this litter. If one of the top three families passes on the litter, the next person on the list for fawn will be notified, and so on. Passing on a litter does not move you to the bottom of the waitlist—you will keep your original place in line until you choose to make your puppy reservation to a specific litter.
Please note: We reserve the right to keep a puppy from any litter for the future of our breeding program. This means that a puppy may be spoken for before any are offered to the waitlist. We will keep everyone on the waitlist informed of these decisions as early as possible to ensure transparency and help families plan accordingly.
Once we have the perfect litter for you, we require the $500 deposit to reserve your puppy. The remaining amount will be due the day of puppy-pickup.
